For more than two decades, I’ve partnered with leaders, experts, and teams across industries to help them find clarity, confidence, and authority in how they communicate – especially when the stakes are high and English isn’t the first language.

 

My education and background span linguistics, psychology, and media science, including work as a researcher at both Max Planck Institutes in Leipzig. I’ve worked in and alongside fields ranging from R&D, HR, CSR and consulting to sales, marketing, and media training for writers and researchers. I am co-founder of a niche publishing company and consultancy where we support people in shaping complex ideas into unique stories that resonate. 

 

What sets my work apart is depth, range and empathy. I combine analytical rigour with a holistic understanding of how people think, decide, and show up under pressure. My ongoing curiosity about the power of language and my ongoing training as a breathwork and energy facilitator only deepens this perspective – not as a method, but as a mindset.
